2018 CL+B FEST NODES
Want to join a node of the 2018 Computational Law & Blockchain Festival? Great! We’re here to help you get started.
Overview: A Decentralized Event in Nodes Around the World
The 2018 Computational Law & Blockchain Festival is a “decentralized conference,” a global event centered around a common theme taking place simultaneously in independent, self-organized “nodes” around the world.
Each node will function as a stand-alone conference featuring tracks, content, and speakers chosen by the local node organizers. Anyone who is interested (e.g., a student group, meetup, law firm, company, non-profit, think tank, etc.) is welcome to host a node, and nodes may choose the Festival tracks (Learn, Hack, and Discuss) most relevant to their interests and resources.
Nodes will be connected through exciting global initiatives, including our Global Challenge, a 24-hour hackathon to develop prototypes related to smart contracts and blockchain-for-law use cases, and our Global Symposium, a worldwide policy discussion about blockchain-related law and policy issues.
Livestreams of nodes are available here.
